Awesome Place

Crowe Custom Countertops, they are truely amazing. To form granite into these Amazing art sculptures to bring your homes to life. Thank you Crowe for making my home beautiful. I got Sand Grey and I love it. I am proud to say I got granite from Crowe. I only wanted a specific part of the granite for my job and they did a slab smith to show me where the seams would match up and to show me the specific parts of the granite that would be used. The best part is you only have to pay for the granite that is used not the entire slab. Communication was very clear they communicated with me every step of the way. I am actually going back to crowe to get an outside fire pit made out of granite. I highly recommend Crowe. Great Job, Thank you!!!!!

READ THIS!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! My experience is a very unfortunate one that could have been a great one had it been handled well (professionally). Let's just say it's not how a business handles the business when everything goes as expected like the reviews below, its how they handle the business in a crisis (one that they themselves created due to poor planning). We own a business too and this is not how you should treat customers or deal with issues. Intown did absolutely nothing to try to resolve the scheduling failures on their end and basically left us completely stranded at the end of our construction project because without countertops you cannot install final plumbing fixtures or appliances which also mean no Certificate of Occupancy. We are building a custom home in the suburbs of Atlanta. My cabinet person recommended we use Intown Designs to do the stone counter tops (granite, marble, and quartzite) in our two kitchens, butler's pantry and 7 bathrooms. I started working with one of their sales people back in May 2013 because this is a big job that needs a lot of careful planning and managing. The install was supposed to take place over the next week and be completed by Dec. 13, 2013 (It is now Dec. 2, 2013). I had given them deposits for more than $20,000 since June and things seems to be going fine, I had been in close communication with the sales person(I will be very decent and not mention her name) and she seemed perfectly relaxed about everything even up until last week a day before they dropped the bomb on us. They called me 1 week ago after I have been working with them on my project for the last 6 months and said they are too busy to install my job until the last week of December. Let's remember, I have been contracted with them since May and have already paid them a lot of cash. I asked to speak with the owner and he would not call me or my husband to even discuss the situation. They cost us thousands of dollars and the most extreme stress you can imagine, we had to find someone to replace them at the very last minute; they also made us buy full slabs of material that they said would be sold by the square foot. Basically, they lied, they were unprofessional and they left us completely stranded. Intown Designs took advantage of us and even made money on us after they failed to fulfill their contract. This is not a company I would EVER recommend. Stay away unless you like to be disappointed and abused by a business that is making money off of your suffering! And yes we are contacting our attorney about this negligence as well as the BBB. Companies like this should not be in business! The Owner's name is Don Zamnte and they have another location in Charlotte so beware.

Beware! they are the crooks

I bought my counter top stone from them , ( I never knew them , my tile shop was their direct customer) they messed up the measurement, promised to deliver new stone, but sent refurbished stone without my knowledge. and told me that they replaced the stone. My contractor finished the work and then we discovered the fault. After that we have been after them for refund of just 10% cost.. its been over a month i have not seen any resolution. They spoiled my kitchen.

In a different league

When I finally convinced my husband to remodel our kitchen we visited many granite stores in the San Fernando Valley, Van Nuys and North Hollywood and soon as we walked through the door at Stone Mart it was clear they were in a totally different league. The showroom is absolutely breathtaking, service is outstanding and even someone who doesn't know anything about granite can tell that the quality of their slabs is top notch.

CSI does not stand behind their work

Custom Stone Interiors is a company that does not have any integrity. After them telling us the piece of granite we selected did not have a crack in it but just a fissure, our granite vanity top cracked 3 weeks after it was installed. When we talked to them, they said that it was normal for granite to crack and it was our problem. A stone renovation company that came to look at the granite after CSI refused to replace it, said CSI had put filler in the area in question and obviously knew there was a crack all along.

Terrible Customer Service

Where do I start? They say one thing and do another. They gave us the wrong template layout after we approved another. They damaged our stovetop and we are still waiting for the refund after they illegally charged our credit card without authorization of the amount that was suppose to show the deduction of the damage . We couldn't talk to a manager or the owner. Regarding the wrong layout of the template, as soon as we saw it, we told the installers to stop and showed them what we approved. Crowe's kept their installers by our home for nearly 3 hrs before we finally agreed to let them put the granite in after we accepted $200 for a discount for their mistake. It was either that or they were going to take the granite away and we already put down $1500 deposit and we didnt want to go through this again. But no one would give instructions nor talk to us for nearly 3 hrs as we all waited around for some call back. The granite was nice but it wasn't the template layout we approved. We heard after that fact, this seems to happen often with these template layouts. So buyer beware.
