Poor service, decent value

We like our new countertops and we are happy with the price we paid. What we didn't like was the service they gave us. It seemed like they were in a hurry and didn't pay enough attention to us. When you are spending several thousand dollars on something you would expect to get all the attention you need to feel like you are making the right choice, especially when there are hundreds of different stones and colors available and you don't really know where to start. Anyways, that was a little frustrating but, as I said, we like our new countertops.
